Group Product Manager - Messaging

Messaging is a business-critical system at Spotify. It sits between many message senders and a shared pool of users across several channels ( in-app, push, email, and emerging channels), delivering more than 70 billion impressions per year.

The Messaging team operates within the Freemium Funnel Area, where product, engineering, design, insights, and marketing collaborate to shape how users engage with Spotify across monetization experiences. We are responsible for audience reach, messaging governance, campaign delivery, and the platforms that enable Spotify teams to communicate with users at scale — reliably, responsibly, and effectively.

We have ambitious plans to evolve Messaging from a delivery layer into an intelligent, governed platform that reasons about what to send, to whom, and when — balancing user experience with business outcomes. We are looking for a Group Product Manager to help lead this transformation.
