GROUTING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• In charge of all grouting operations onboard the vessel and job site. Reports to the Field Engineer and Barge Superintendent.
• Responsible to operate RCM mixing and jet mixer pump.
• Full responsibility over Grout Riggers, Grouting Operators and Grout Supervisor assigned for the project.
• In charge of issuing his subordinates with the safety gears required for the job and control the supply of these gears.
• In charge of applying approved procedure in line with client specification.
• Responsible for all grouting equipment and spares. Should ensure that backup spares like hoses, fittings, etc. are available at all times.
• In charge of his crew i.e. safety, production and quality.
• Conducting toolbox meeting with grouting crew and promote safety awareness among them.
