Channel Ownership & Growth Own end-to-end affiliate channel performance from partner onboarding to scaleDrive acquisition with a focus on quality metrics (IR FT), not just volumeBuild a sustainable and scalable affiliate growth engine2. Partner Ecosystem Development Build and manage relationships with affiliate networks (vCommission, Admitad, etc.), fin-influencers, publishers, and deal platformsOnboard and scale high-quality direct affiliates and strategic partnersIdentify and unlock new affiliate growth opportunities (content, comparison platforms, communities, etc.)3. DRA Channel Buildout Set up and scale the DRA (Digital Referral Agent) channelEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesDefine onboarding, training, tracking, and payout mechanisms for DRAs4.
