About The Role We're seeking a growth lead to scale HyperLink's adoption, TVL, and partner ecosystem. You'll own business development end-to-end — from sourcing trading firms to building strategic partnerships that expand the platform. 
What You'll Do Source and onboard trading firms, market makers, and institutional users 
Build strategic partnerships across DeFi and trading infrastructure 
Drive TVL growth and platform adoption 
Work with engineering and product to align growth efforts with the roadmap 
Represent HyperLink externally at events and in key channels 
What We're Looking For Experience in BD or growth at a crypto protocol, exchange, or prime broker
