We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own our growth marketing function end-to-end and build the growth engine that takes us to the next stage.
This is a growth-first role. You'll own the full funnel — from how prospects find us to how they convert, expand and stay. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll turn marketing into a predictable, measurable growth machine across Europe, MENA and US.
This is not a strategy seat, you will build, ship and scale the growth engine yourself, then grow a team around what's working. We move fast, we ship often, and we don't wait for perfect, we iterate toward it.
