Job Objective
The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing digital funnels and automated campaigns to generate qualified leads (MQLs) and contribute to the companys growth objectives. This role requires a strong combination of analytical and creative skills, including expertise in GoHighLevel, Zapier, and automation tools, as well as experience in CRO, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Funnel Ownership & Optimization
- Build and refine funnels in GoHighLevel, landing pages, and attribution systems, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable MQL growth.
2. Automation & Reporting
- Implement and maintain automations in GoHighLevel, Zapier, and related tools.
- Keep dashboards updated, accurate, and actionable for daily/weekly MQL reviews.
