About the Role

We‘re hiring a GTM Engineer to be the technical operator behind Pepper‘s US revenue engine. You‘ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and AI — building the automations, agents, data pipelines, and signal-based plays that let a small team punch like a much larger one.

This is not a traditional RevOps or marketing ops role. You‘re a builder. You ship workflows in Clay, n8n, and custom code; you wire LLMs into outbound and lifecycle; you stand up an AI-SDR layer; you build internal tools that make every rep and marketer 3–5x more productive. If ‘what could I automate this week with an LLM and an API key?‘ is the first question you ask on Monday, this is your role.

You report into the Revenue Operations Lead and work closely with the founders.
