B2B Better is a podcast and owned media agency helping B2B service providers turn their point of view into pipeline. We produce and manage approximately 20 shows for clients across B2B SaaS and professional services, and we take a commercially rigorous approach to everything we do — from strategy through to distribution.

We're growing, and we need a sharp, results-driven outreach specialist to take ownership of one of our most important functions: getting the right guests booked onto our clients' shows.

As our Guest Booking & Lead Generation Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end guest outreach workflow across our client portfolio. That means identifying target guests, building and executing outreach campaigns, managing responses, and converting interest into confirmed bookings — all tracked and reported on a weekly basis.
