Guest Experience Concierge – Front Office

KECK SENG HOTEL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Front Office personnel to assist Senior/Duty Managers with supervising department activities. You will attend to guest inquiries and ensure satisfaction while adhering to health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a Professional Certificate in Hospitality and have strong communication and customer service skills. A minimum of 1 year in a related field is required, along with proficiency in Opera and HotSOS systems.
