Guest Experience Curator - Serengeti

The Guest Experience Curator (GEC) is the custodian of all lodges and villas, responsible for co‑curating, managing, and caring for the entire guest environment. This role focuses on ensuring that every guest experience is seamless, intuitive, deeply personal, and aligned with the company Brand and Standards of Excellence.

Responsibilities

The GEC is not the primary relationship holder for guests; instead this position works with lodge staff, including managers, guides, homekeepers, Banakelis and chefs, to curate and oversee the overall guest experience.

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised, and curated guest experience that reflects guests’ preferences and is Brand aligned.
