Job Description
Cape Joy is looking for a Guest House Operations Lead , a go-getter who will run daily operations, cook breakfast, maintain our garden & pool, host events, and build partnerships with neighbouring guest houses and tour operators.
No experience? No problem. We will train you. But you must love people, take ownership, and work on weekends.
Requirements
- Hospitality/tourism degree (preferred but not essential)
- 1–2 years events/hospitality experience
- Willing to work weekends (non-negotiable)
