Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.

Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists.

Ensure exceptional guest experience throughout the dining journey.

Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests efficiently.

Coordinate with restaurant managers, captains, stewards, and kitchen teams.

Maintain guest records, preferences, and VIP guest relations.

Promote restaurant events, special menus, and loyalty programs.

Ensure reception and guest areas are well maintained at all times.
