**What are you responsible for?**
The Guest Request Runner is responsible for delivering exceptional service by promptly responding to guest requests and ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include:
+ Respond promptly to guest requests for amenities, supplies, and services
+ Deliver items such as towels, linens, pillows, blankets, toiletries, cribs, rollaway beds, and other requested amenities to guest rooms
+ Communicate professionally and courteously with guests while providing service
