Overview

Park Hyatt London River Thames is the brand’s first hotel in the United Kingdom, located along the River Thames with a distinctive skyline silhouette.

The hotel offers 203 guestrooms, four restaurants and bars, a wellness floor with an indoor pool and spa, a ballroom, and seven meeting spaces for events.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Manage switchboard console and other telecommunication devices effectively.
• Keep accurate records of all calls, including details of the caller, recipient, and the nature of the call.
• Liaise with internal departments and external organizations as needed to facilitate smooth communication flow.
