As Guest Services Assistant, we want you to make our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever, from check‑in to the moment they leave. Your role, always with a friendly smile, will include:

• Meeting and greeting guests and checking them in and out
• Resolving complaints in a way that makes guests properly looked after
• Serving customers in our on site shop and helping them to find what they need, ensuring you have knowledge of all the products in the shop.
