Responsibilities

• Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for Guests, residents and colleagues
• Confidently provide knowledge of the Cotswolds Shopping Centre and surrounding areas
• Professionally communicate with guests through telephone and email
• Participate and assist with all Centre events
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, whatever the weather
• Be observant and report any safety or maintenance concerns
