Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Scott AFB Lodging Facility. This is a Flexible position, guaranteed 0-40 hours per week.. Responsibilities Receives and confirms room reservations, registers guests, makes and assigns room keys and may be required to escort guests to rooms as needed. Calculates charges, balances totals, accepts payments, makes change and presents guests checkout statements. Prepares and safeguards receipts, as well as daily cashier, activity and consolidated reports. Maintains current checkout list and housekeeping status of rooms. Records and notifies appropriate offices of problems reported by guests. Maintains a clean workspace and lobby as well as a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. May perform other related duties as assigned.
