Job Description This is a hands-on, working manager role with full operational accountability for the Calgary division. While you will provide strategic leadership, financial oversight, and team management, you are also expected to be present in the field, supporting crews, solving problems in real time, and stepping in where needed to keep projects moving. 
This role is ideal for a seasoned operations leader who has successfully managed large commercial and municipal contracts, led multi-crew operations, and understands that strong leadership happens both on-site and behind the scenes. 
This role should have a strong background in landscaping and irrigation.
