• Basic carpentry (repairing doors, fitting skirting, boxing-in, installing shelves)
• Basic plumbing repairs (fixing leaks, replacing taps, unblocking drains)
• Basic electrical tasks (only if qualified), such as changing light fittings or sockets
• Painting and decorating
• Plaster patch repairs
• Tiling repairs
• Silicone sealing xkybehq and caulking
