The role includes reactive repairs to building fabric, plumbing, sanitaryware replacements, minor joinery, basic decoration, and general maintenance tasks. This hands‑on position is suited to a multi‑skilled individual with a strong background in building fabric and plumbing, and is mobile across Birmingham and surrounding areas.
Package
- Competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum
- Core hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Participation in an out‑of‑hours on‑call rota (to be confirmed)
