**Your Impact**
+ Library Creation: Create complex schematic symbols and high-density PCB footprints based on manufacturer datasheets and industry standards.
+ Standards Compliance: Ensure all library parts conform to Cisco internal standards for footprints and internal company standards for schematic representation.
+ Validation & Auditing: Perform peer reviews of library parts created by other team members to ensure zero-defect releases.
