Hardware Senior Principal Consultant

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Principal Hardware Consultant for a client that wants an individual to join their team with deep expertise in FPGA design and 4G/5G Radio Units . This role focuses on FPGA IP architecture, RTL development, and system-level design for next-generation wireless radio platforms aligned with 3GPP and O-RAN standards .

This is a high-impact, senior technical role where you’ll influence long-term product architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software teams.
