Harnesses Manufacturing Engineer

What will you do?
In this position you will design, develop and validate the manufacturing processes.
You also will contribute to the buildup of new production cells, generating the technical information of production processes.
You will also maintain and improve existing manufacturing methods while supporting Johnson Controls' capacity expansion plans.
How will you do it?
Implements, promotes, and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accident prevention, investigation, and application of rules.
Manufacturing cell design.
Calculate and control optimal capacities of production lines and fabrication processes.
Verify time standards and calculation of earned hours per family products.
Implement Engineering Changes.
Facilitating A3 problem solving.
Designing future state value streams.
Create technical documentation (standard work sheets, OMS, ODS, FMEA, DFAM, etc.).
