HBM Design Validation Engineer Intern

Micron Technology in Singapore is looking for a Design Validation Product Engineer specializing in High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology. This role involves developing next-generation HBM products across various phases, from design to production.

As an engineer, you'll validate HBM designs, perform schematic and layout reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. We seek candidates with strong schematic design, data analysis, and lab debugging skills, along with coursework in VLSI, semiconductor processes, Python, and C/C++.
