The MRDA technician provides on-shift process support for MRDA-related manufacturing during volume production and new product introduction (NPI). This role serves as the first-line responder to process, equipment, and yield issues, performing initial assessment, data collection, and risk containment to ensure smooth progression to downstream processes. The position supports MRDA/HBM product trials and low- to medium-volume qualifications, assisting senior engineers with process optimization and yield improvement.
