**About the Role**
HCM Security is core to ensuring our users have the right access to the right roles and right personas. This role will be instrumental in continuing to drive the design, build and provisioning of user roles for P&P and Non P&P users.

1. **Security Model Governance:** Define and govern the security model to support evolving business needs while ensuring strict adherence to data privacy standards.
2. **RBAC Design:** Oversee the design and implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across the HCM landscape.
3. **Provisioning & Re-certifications:** Manage the lifecycle of user access, including initial provisioning and periodic security re-certifications. Define and govern the auto provisioning process
