Head Brewer

Position Title - Head Brewer Location - Bokaro, Jharkhand About the Role: Operations Planning & Budgeting Lead the operations planning for the brewery based on monthly forecast shared by Corporate. Schedule monthly and weekly production and achieve alignment with targets set for volume, quality, cost etc Engage with the sales team to understand market penetration and product off-take and anticipate sales growth to effectively plan for production and dispatch Formulate the overall Brewery budget basis consolidated inputs. Work closely with the CSCO to finalize budget for corporate approval Ensure resource availability (raw material, packaging, utilities, logistics, manpower etc.). Plan for optimal utilization to maximize productivity and minimize costs. Operations and Dispatch Management Monitor procurement and quality of raw materials, malt from contract malting units, adjuncts, yeasts from CTC, balancing existing inventory and reuse of resources (e.g. yeast reuse) Oversee brewing and ...
