Job Description:
- Prepare daily range of salads, breakfasts, proteins, sandwiches, and wraps
- Manage production to minimize waste
- Maintain food freshness in the fridge
- Learn and manage new recipes
- Handle ordering and stock management
- Supervise junior chefs
- Ensure shelves are stocked and displays look great
