This is a superb opportunity for a Head Chef to join a successful privately owned beautiful Country House hotel located in the stunning Cumbrian Countryside. The hotel has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining in the main restaurant, modern bar and plush lounge. The restaurant serves dishes that are prepared on site using predominately fresh seasonal ingredients and as Head Chef you will have autonomy on all menus. The hotel also has 2 dedicated function suites that can cater for 120 covers for events, conferences and weddings. This is a popular venue with both locals and guests staying at this destination hotel and is particularly busy during the summer season. In this role of Head Chef you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the kitchen and will work closely with the group executive chef.
