We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. In this role, you will be fully responsible for the kitchen, food quality, menu planning, and team management. You will set high standards, inspire your team, and ensure every guest enjoys an excellent dining experience. If you are a strong leader with a deep love for European/Mediterranean cuisine, this role is for you.

• Lead and manage the entire kitchen operations smoothly.
• Plan, design, and update menus focusing on European/Mediterranean cuisine.
• Ensure all dishes meet high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
• Train, mentor, and manage Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, and Commis Chefs.
