The ideal Head Chef will possess a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and a creative flair for menu development.

REQUIREMENTS
3-5 Years Head Chef Experience within busy restaurants or hotel environments essential for the role.

Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen audits.

Effective communication skills with kitchen staff, management and customers.

The ability to consistently perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a kitchen team.

Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and safety standards.
