Service Requirements

  • Previous experience as a lodge, guesthouse, hotel, restaurant, or catering chef
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Experience with buffet service for groups of 20–40 guests
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Reliable, professional, and guest‑focused
