About us: 

£40,000, plus tronc and plus bonus 

We're looking for a head chef for The Victoria in Surbiton. You'll have experience working with fresh food and running all aspects of a kitchen. Our Head Chefs write their own menus and create their own dishes using seasonal produce, allowing them to put their own stamp on the business. You’ll look after team development and work alongside our General Manager to create a fantastic food vision and drive the business forward.

Where are we?
The Victoria is a stunning Young's pub in the heart of Surbiton, proudly standing on its busy High Street. We've got great bus links from Kingston, Chessington and Norbiton & we're only a couple of stops on the train from Wimbledon, Esher, Weybridge & can get to us from anywhere!
