➢ Positive assurance of compliance of law, regulations of existing business and contractual obligations of new acquisitions and JV arrangements to entail better risk control mechanism.

➢ Ensuring substantive compliance on different aspects of legal compliances in the business operations including the areas of Environment Law, Competition law, Factories Act, Antibribery, sanction, territory restrictions etc.
