Job Description

・Lead and manage Chemical Engineering department, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
・Oversee chemical processes, production efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
・Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technical staff.
・Continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost efficiency initiatives.
・Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
・Coordinate with other teams, management, and external stakeholders.
・Prepare and review technical reports, plans.
・Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

・Bachelor's degree from Chemical related.
・3 years of experience as Maintenance Engineer from Japanese Chemical Manufacture.
・Business English and Conversational Japanese proficiency.
