Role Title: Head-Finance & Accounts

Job Location: Corporate Office, Vadodara

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Experience range (in years)

10 yrs-15 yrs

Key Responsibilities (indicative not exhaustive)

The candidate should have work experience in listed companies, especially in handling RPT, SEBI, and LODR

Compliance and Reporting

• Lead finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure strong internal financial controls and adherence to SOPs and statutory requirements.
• Drive implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
• Interaction with statutory auditors and internal auditors.
