Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this Group-level leadership role is a key pillar within the organization's top management structure. The Head of Group HSE is responsible for defining and strengthening the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) vision across all businesses, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and value chains.

The role ensures full regulatory compliance while fostering a proactive and transparent HSE culture across the Group. Leading an independent HSE Division, the incumbent will design and implement robust systems to safeguard people, assets, the environment, and the organization's reputation.

This position provides corporate-level strategic direction and presents quarterly performance updates, risk assessments, and key initiatives to the Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
