Head (Manpower Planning)

The Aviation Industry Division seeks to support the development and transformation of Singapore’s air hub, to ensure its continued growth and competitiveness, and to provide quality jobs in the sector.

Lead a team of 2‑3 policy officers to formulate and implement medium‑to‑long‑term air transport sector manpower planning strategies and initiatives; manage CAAS’ manpower funding policy and grants to support workforce transformation; and analyse the sector’s economic and manpower data, including projecting future workforce needs and managing the establishment of a comprehensive air hub workforce database.
