Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership

  • Full accountability for the P&L of the CBG MVNO department, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
    Define and execute the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with StarHub’s corporate objectives.

    • Strategy Planning & Market Positioning

  • Lead long-term strategic planning for MVNO and wholesale business, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and scenario planning.
    Identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and regulatory shifts to proactively position StarHub for sustained advantage.
    Translate strategic insights into actionable roadmaps, balancing innovation with operational feasibility.
