 Ajna Lens is looking for a Principal Engineer/Staff Engineer – AI & Backend Architecture to join our Product Engineering team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). This is a high-impact senior technical leadership role for an experienced engineer who will drive AI and backend architecture across our current and upcoming line of AI smart glasses products. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of backend engineering experience with deep expertise in LLM-powered systems, real-time backend infrastructure, and scalable B2C product architecture. This role demands strong technical ownership, architectural leadership, and the ability to build highly reliable, production-grade AI systems at scale
