As our **Head of Applications Architecture** , you will report directly to the CTO and play a hands-on, execution-focused role at the center of that transformation. Your mission: turn architectural vision into real systems—working side by side with engineering teams to design, implement, and scale transition architectures that move us decisively toward our target state.
This is not a distant governance role. You will be embedded in delivery—shaping solutions, unblocking teams, and ensuring that what we build today accelerates where we need to be tomorrow.
From cloud adoption and integration patterns to domain evolution and engineering practices, you will be a critical bridge between architecture and execution across the organization.
