Head of B2B Sales
Adecco is helping one of our personal care manufacturing clients hire a highly driven and well-connected Head of Sales to lead strategic business development and secure high-value manufacturing partnerships across the beauty and FMCG sectors. This is a senior “hunter” role focused on building strong relationships with C-level executives, brand owners, CMOs, and procurement leaders within multinational and fast-growing local brands. The successful candidate will act as a strategic ambassador, positioning the company as a preferred manufacturing partner. You will work directly with top leadership, driving revenue growth by opening doors, nurturing executive relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term contracts.
