Our client, a leading international reinsurance organisation, is seeking an experienced Head of Balance Sheet Optimisation to join their growing Dublin-based team.
This is a senior leadership role within a newly established ALM & Balance Sheet Management function, offering the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide balance sheet strategy, capital efficiency, and commercial decision-making across a complex global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and embedding of a best-in-class balance sheet optimisation capability

Drive enterprise-wide ALM and balance sheet strategy across capital, liquidity, earnings and investments

Develop and enhance optimisation analytics, modelling capabilities and reporting frameworks

Partner with senior stakeholders across Investments, Finance, Risk and Actuarial

Represent the function at executive committees and key strategic forums
