Are you a senior IT leader with a strong background in enterprise applications, ready to lead a major transformation of digital core systems across an international environment?

At ALTEN, IT is a strategic enabler of business performance. As Head of Core Business Solutions, you will lead one of our three applicative pillars, responsible for core enterprise applications (HR, Finance, Legal, corporate tools), with a strong focus on transforming our HR ecosystem. You will play a critical role in modernizing how we attract, manage, and develop talent, while ensuring alignment with Group‑managed ERP platforms. Operating at the heart of the business, you will work closely with HR leadership, Group IT, and regional IT managers to transform aging HR and ATS solutions into a modern, scalable, and data‑driven digital ecosystem, significantly improving employee experience and operational efficiency.
