Role

We are looking for a Head of CRO to build and scale a best‑in‑class experimentation engine across web and mobile apps. This role goes beyond traditional CRO. You will own how we experiment, release, and optimize user experiences at scale, with a strong focus on mobile apps (iOS & Android). You will leverage feature flags, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing systems to continuously improve conversion, user flows, and product experience.
