Head of Data Products & Engineering

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role responsible for building a modern Data & AI capability across investments and finance. The position combines product leadership, deep technical execution and senior stakeholder influence.

The organisation is a well-established and influential player in the Financial Services industry.

• Act as a hands‑on builder, delivering prototypes, automations and production‑ready solutions
• Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for data, analytics, automation and AI
• Build and enhance the enterprise data warehouse and trusted reporting layers
• Establish and scale an AI Factory, including agentic workflows and internal copilots
• Partner with senior stakeholders across investments, finance and technology to modernise ways of working
