We are hiring a Head of Design to own product design and user experience across the CASABOT platform. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and inherits a small in‑house team of two.
This is a hands‑on leadership seat. The Head of Design will contribute directly to the work, set the visual and interaction language for the platform, and build out the team over the next twelve to eighteen months. Strong performance in the role positions the seat to evolve into Chief Design Officer.
What you will own
- Product design across the full CASABOT surface stack — HiveOS UI, BOTty interaction, mobile (iOS and Android), web, and the Augmented Reality experience.
- The CASABOT design system — patterns, components, accessibility standards, and design tokens.
- Brand stewardship — visual identity, motion language, and the consistency of how CASABOT shows up to customers, partners, and the public.
