Overview
We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Head of Digital Engineering & Interoperability to lead the design, development, and operation of enterprise-scale digital and clinical integration platforms.
This is not a pure people management or programme leadership role. We are looking for a senior engineering leader who remains close to architecture, software delivery, interoperability design, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will bring recent hands-on experience designing, building, and operating production systems within complex healthcare or regulated enterprise environments.
