JOB PURPOSE
The Experience & Engineering team in Germany combines technology and experience design to create emotive, conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns. In this leadership role you will guide the strategic direction and growth of our engineering teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Leadership of Leaders: Lead, coach, and mentor Team Leads and Senior Engineers, owning their career paths and empowering sub‑teams.
- AI Change Management: Define the roadmap for integrating AI into the engineering lifecycle (e.g., GitHub Copilot, agentic workflows) and transform workflows for efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Own department performance, resource planning, budget monitoring, and utilization to ensure profitability and scalability.
