Job Summary: 
As the Head of Guest Relations, the candidate will be responsible for researching and locking 
guests to be invited for News Shows, Panels, Debates, Podcasts, Video IP hosted by AIM. The 
candidate must have a strong connect with Tier 01 Public figures, Policy Makers and Tech 
Leaders. Must have 1:1 connect with the key figures. 

Key Responsibilities: 
Guests on the Video Shows: Work with the Producers and take the story/topic brief and get all 
guests for the same and ensure that Production timelines are fulfilled 
Guest Interaction: Serve as the main contact for guests, addressing their inquiries, requests, 
and concerns promptly and professionally. 
Stay in touch with PR firms: You will have to stay in touch with PR firms, understand their 
needs and be their primary source of contact and represent AIM between the PR folks.
